Following three straight sellouts and more than $37 million raised, we’re pleased to announce that we’ve launched our latest funding round - a Regulation A+ funding round - to support the next phase of our growth. With over $1.37 million already reserved, this new campaign builds on a track record that includes the fastest $20 million raise in StartEngine history and a $5 million offering that hit its cap in just nine days.

Solving the Data Bottleneck
Every industry is feeling the strain of exploding machine-generated data. Networks are congested. Storage costs are rising. And despite massive investments in AI and IoT, only a small fraction of machine data is even analyzed or used. We believe the problem isn’t a lack of data, but instead a problem of inefficient data movement.
Our AI-powered compaction technology is designed to merge data reduction, security, and searchability into a single software approach. By transforming raw data into compact codewords, we can dramatically increase effective bandwidth without requiring costly hardware upgrades. This means sending significantly less data - while retaining the same information, unlocking faster transmission with lower latency, thereby creating more efficient networks.
Our new Reg A+ offering will support our continued development of the entire product portfolio:
- Neurpac - Our flagship compaction software. Designed for low-entropy machine data like telemetry and tracking, Neurpac operates in near real time, enabling existing networks to process an average of 4x more data, all while potentially improving security. The team is focused on expanding Neurpac into new markets, including search, database acceleration, and data-center efficiency.
- Neurcom - Currently under development, Neurcom targets “lossy” data types such as images, video, and audio. Early testing suggests it could meaningfully improve compression performance for these formats.
- Persistent Cognitive Machine (PCM) - We’re also developing the Persistent Cognitive Machine - a new approach to AI, which is designed to learn continuously from experience, rather than relying on brute-force retraining (the way current AI solutions do). PCM is intended to operate efficiently on low-power devices, retain memory over time, and eventually share insights across systems without exposing sensitive data. We believe the PCM represents a major step change in scalable AI.
Traction Across Both Public and Private Sectors
We’ve attracted support from both government and enterprise customers. We’ve secured contracts with the U.S. Air Force, the Missile Defense Agency Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD), Alhamrani Universal, and the U.S. Space Force, along with strategic partnerships spanning satellite communications, networking, semiconductors, and cloud ecosystems. These relationships position us to expand into markets where real-time, efficient data movement is critical, in critical industries such as fintech, energy, aerospace, and defense.
With a growing patent portfolio, commercial deployments, and a clearly defined roadmap, we’re focused on turning technical innovation into real-world impact.
