MassChallenge Demo Day Here We Come!

The Atombeam team will be taking part in the MassChallenge Air Force Labs Startup Showcase on Wednesday, June 26th, in Boston, MA.

We have some exciting news to share with you this week! The Atombeam team will be taking part in the MassChallenge Air Force Labs Startup Showcase on Wednesday, June 26th, in Boston, MA.

For those unfamiliar with MassChallenge, the organization connects startups, experts, corporations, and communities to grow and transform businesses and economies. Its stated mission is to “equip bold entrepreneurs to disrupt the status quo and create meaningful change.”

At Wednesday’s event, Atombeam will join 14 other startups for demos of innovations in dual-use technology. This event will bring together innovators, end-users from military and government agencies, investors, and industry leaders to see live presentations from those of us that were selected to participate in the Air Force Labs program. The event program will also feature networking, a fireside chat with the leader of AUKUS (a trilateral security partnership for the Indo-Pacific region between Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States), and remarks from the Hanscom Air Force Base leadership team.

We’re looking forward to being able to share the Atombeam story and showcase our innovative compaction technology to the various attendees. As anyone already following us knows, our work is altering how data is encoded, transmitted and stored to save bandwidth, power, and storage in a variety of use cases.

As many of our regular followers know, we’ve already been working with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and the U.S. Air Force on a few projects. Our Neurpac product improves the speed of data transmission, which fits perfectly with the DoD’s need for real-time information to power safety and security applications; while our Neurcom product is under development with the Air Force Research Laboratory and has been proven to double the number of satellite images transmitted over a network.

If you’re in the area, come on by the event and see what some of today’s most innovative startups are working on. Best of luck to all of our fellow participants!
